Welcome! I’m Alice, founder of Visionary Voices. My background is in Learning and Development. I’ve held roles across multiple organisations, from small start-ups with fewer than 500 people to companies of over 10,000.
What struck me at start-ups is that I met the most intelligent people I’ve ever come across. They were hired because of the ideas they had rather than experience under their belts. They came to start-ups with passion and a way of thinking differently, and that’s what the company hired for.
These people have gone on to become founders and entrepreneurs themselves because they had the confidence to innovate and try something different, thanks to the environment that these start-ups build. They are a real-life talent incubator.
We often engage with speakers during Pride and International Women’s Week, but we rarely include these connections as part of our Future Skills strategy. I realised that there are some brilliant minds disrupting and innovating, but unless we are lucky or intentional about it, we (as in the people training and developing employees) don’t know who they are yet.
We’re here to connect you with Entrepreneurs who have the skills you are looking to build in your teams and to help inspire your teams.

We know that some things can’t be taught, we know that in development and training, our people don’t want to be done to. They want to be part of a community or part of a something real that helps them to understand what skills mean in practice. They want to be equipped to learn from others and by doing.
That’s really how we inspire change to the masses.

Just like a start up, we believe that all of our Visionaries are successful due to their ideas and unique skills. So we don’t operate on a grading system.
For a 90 minute session the cost of our speakers is £2495
For 60 Minutes - £2000
30 Minutes - £1800
Prices include the needs analysis consultation. They don’t include VAT, travel or expenses for our Visionaries.
